The challenge: design and launch book and ecommerce website
The result: launched as both ebook and print version with website for multiple books
With an extensive background in publishing this was still a great adventure in working out the best options now available to the client. Initially the project required extensive editing of the text supplied for the book. This was the author’s first book. The checklist is a workbook for pregnant women to help them decide what they actually need to buy. It is a clever niche product.
Once text was finished it was submitted to a designer to create a stylish 88 page book.
During the design process it was decided, rather than just launching a single book, to create a publishing business. A website was built to allow for future growth in publishing books for other authors and expanding the range.
